5 Year Guarantee
MyFitter Ltd provides up to 5 years manufacturing warranty on certain products as itemised in the table below.
We reserve the right to either replace or repair the product and it may be necessary to return the goods to us for inspection prior to a replacement product being despatched.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions
MyFitter provides a 12 months warranty on the services delivered.
We will perform the services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. In the event we provide services that do not conform to this warranty, we will re-perform such services at no additional cost to you, subject to the failure being directly related to the services.
A measure service is not a structural survey, if you have any concerns regarding the structure where the products are to be fitted you should consult an appropriate professional.
Should the request for warranty prove to be due to misuse of the product or that the structure that you have instructed the product to be fitted to is not, or after fitting is found not to be, of sound composition to support the product then the warranty will be void.
The Finer Points
This guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations liabilities or warranties. In no event shall MyFitter Ltd. be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
This guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national laws in force.
